Global Pest Services of Las Vegas was established in 2006 with the owner, one employee and one truck. The company has grown steadily every year – even through the downturn of the economy in 2008.


Now at the end of 2013 Global is a company with more than ten employees - two were added in the last 5 months.


The reason for such growth is not because of their huge marketing efforts, but rather the enormous amount of referrals that they receive. Global Pest Services is extremely old fashioned when it comes to treating all of their clients respectfully, ethically and honestly. All the service technicians are trained and licensed through the State Agriculture Department and are required to perform Continuing Education Units throughout the year to maintain their licenses. In house requirements are that every technician must complete University of Purdue pest control correspondence courses, as well as American Institute of Baker courses. In addition Global Pest Services also conducts weekly training meetings. The pest control industry is always changing and constant training is necessary to stay up on all new products, treatment methods and equipment.


Global Pest Services holds an annual end of summer raffle. The service technicians earn raffle tickets throughout the summer for various duties. In late October this year they had a company barbeque for the entire staff – they raffled off a motorcycle, a few staycations, tools, gift cards and more.
